Originally intended as a way to preserve meat before the advent of refrigeration, with the flow of centuries the process has been perfected. This has created a huge assortment that involves from different spices, herbs and flavouring to various cuts of meat.
Our Charcuterie products are carefully selected by us, most of them coming from our home town Biella in Northern Italy. To offer a broadest selection, some are sourced from other areas. Created with passion for food and tradition of regional cuisine, cooked & cured hams, salami, our homemade pates and terrines, are best of their own kind.
